Pricing
The most expensive training is the kind that happens on the side.
You take on a young person for three or four years and promise their parents that something will come of it. What this website costs doesn’t decide that. Still, everything is laid out here – complete and without small print.
What an apprenticeship costs before LEHRWERK even enters the picture.
An apprenticeship is one of the biggest investments a small company takes on voluntarily – and the only one that ends with a person.
- Wages
- Over three apprenticeship years, you pay an apprentice a five-figure sum. Before they drive out to a customer alone for the first time.
- Time
- Add the hours of your most experienced people. The most expensive in the company, and the only ones who can show how it’s done.
- Responsibility
- And a promise you made on the first day at work. That can’t be put in francs.
Measured against that, LEHRWERK is the cheapest line in your training – and the only one that makes sure the rest isn’t lost.
This is what you get for the money
Your company’s workspace: task, record, feedback and portfolio in one place – the part of the apprenticeship no textbook covers. No zoo of modules, no extra costs.
View from LEHRWERK with demo data, not customer data.
You pay by the number of active apprentices.
No feature tiers, no add-on modules. Every company gets the same LEHRWERK. The price follows the number of active apprentices alone – not a subscription package.

- The first year is the way in
- A company with one apprentice pays nothing in the first apprenticeship year. That’s a way in, not a permanent arrangement: from the second year, even a single apprentice costs CHF 150.– per year.
- One invoice, no credit card
- LEHRWERK sends one invoice a year. No credit card, no automatic charge, nothing running on in the background.
- Active means active
- We count who actually works with LEHRWERK in the current year. Completed apprenticeships no longer count, and the rate follows the new number.
- No subscription
- No notice period, no silent renewal. You pay for one year and decide afresh afterwards.
Before you have to ask.
- We have exactly one apprentice. Where’s the catch?
- There isn’t one. In the first apprenticeship year you pay nothing and use LEHRWERK in full. From the second year it costs CHF 150.– per year – by then you’ll have seen a whole year of what it does for your company.
- What happens in August, when a new apprentice starts?
- You add them, and the rate adjusts to the new number. You receive an invoice, not a contract negotiation.
- Can we stop mid-year?
- Yes. There’s nothing to cancel. What’s already paid runs until the end of the year; after that, nothing happens by itself.
- We train more than fifteen apprentices.
- Then get in touch, and we’ll prepare a custom quote. Large training companies have their own processes, which we want to understand first.
- Does our apprentices' data stay with us?
- Yes. It’s stored on servers in Switzerland and belongs to your company and the apprentice. They take the portfolio with them at the end of the apprenticeship.
Start with one apprentice.
Create one apprentice and work with it for two weeks. It commits you to nothing – and on Friday you’ll see what really happened in those five days.
