LEHRWERK is the brand. The provider in the legal sense is the sole proprietorship that carries that brand.
Mein Lehrwerk Eric is a sole proprietorship seated in Sempach, Canton of Luzern. The owner is Ivan Eric. He signs with single signature.
A sole proprietorship is not a legal entity. Rights and duties rest with the owner. He is liable for obligations without limit, with his own assets.

What we offer.
This website informs about LEHRWERK. The contract for use is concluded with the training company, not with the apprentice.
LEHRWERK is a digital training platform for training companies and apprentices in Switzerland. It gives practical training a form: topics, tasks, feedback, records and a portfolio.
LEHRWERK replaces neither the vocational school nor the training plan, neither learning documentation nor the qualification procedure. It is the part of the apprenticeship no textbook covers.
Use is not a subscription. An invoice is issued once a year, according to the number of active apprentices. No credit card, no direct debit. Prices are on the Pricing page, in Swiss francs and excluding VAT.
The language of the contract and of correspondence is German. French, Italian and English are available on the website; unless otherwise agreed, the German version remains authoritative.
Responsibility for content and links.
The content of this website is prepared with care. We still cannot warrant completeness, accuracy or currency – except where the law imposes such a duty.
For content that a training company or an apprentice records in LEHRWERK, the company is responsible. We provide the infrastructure and process the data on instruction, insofar as the Data Protection Act treats us as a processor.
References to other websites lie outside our control. Their operators alone are responsible for their content. We check links when we add them; ongoing monitoring is not possible. If we learn of a legal infringement, we remove the reference.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for slight negligence, nor for consequential loss, lost profit or loss of data. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains, as do mandatory claims, in particular under the Product Liability Act.
Who owns the content.
Texts, design, the mark, the wordmark and the remaining content of this website belong to Mein Lehrwerk Eric or to entitled third parties. Any use beyond visiting the site requires our consent – unless the law already permits it, for example as a quotation.
The product images show the LEHRWERK interface with demonstration data. They are not customer references and not real training files.
What a training company or an apprentice records in LEHRWERK remains their content. At the end of the apprenticeship the apprentice can take the portfolio with them.
Governing law and venue.
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention, insofar as the latter would apply at all.
For disputes arising from a visit to this website or from contracts about LEHRWERK, the venue – so far as permitted – is the competent court at the seat of the business in Sempach, Canton of Lucerne. Mandatory venues, in particular in favour of consumers, remain reserved.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder stays binding.
